PROGRAM FEES
Guided Tours
Fees are in addition to admission and are based upon 1 zoo guide per
25 people.
(group must have 1 adult per 7 children)
*$10.00 for 30 minutes
*$15.00 for 1 hour
*$20.00 for 1.5 hours
A completed reservation form and prepayment are required to secure a tour.
ABOUT GUIDED TOURS:
Come learn about Riverside Zoo with our specially trained docent volunteers.
There are many different adventures to choose from and all topics are aligned
with Nebraska State Standards.
GUIDED TOUR TOPICS:
These topics will allow you and your students an in-depth look at specific
areas of interest. Choose the length of time that will fit best into your
schedule: 30, 60 or 90 minutes.

- Nutrition
- Animal Enrichment
- Amazing Adaptations
- Zoo Trek (1.5 hours only)
- Other topics are available upon request
Zoomobile Programs
(we drive to your location)
Scottsbluff Public Schools - FREE
Within a 10-mile radius of Riverside Zoo - $20 for the first program (30-45
minutes),
$5 for each additional program.
Outside a 10-mile radius of Riverside Zoo - $30 per hour (including drive time)
and 25-cent mileage fee applied after 10 miles.
Zoo School Programs
(conducted at the zoo)
$10 for the first program for up to 25 people, $5 for each additional
program.
An additional $1 per person will be added after 25. Fees are in addition
to zoo admission.

A detailed description of all educational programs and/or a

Not all programs include live animals.
Reservations must be made two weeks in advance for tours and programs.
Reservations are booked on a first come first served basis so please have an alternate date in mind when you call.
All programs listed on this website can be held on zoo grounds or in your classroom.
