Registration forms and payment are due to the zoo by the
registration deadline. Late registrations will not be accepted. |

Refunds will not be granted unless a one-week cancellation
notice is given. |

All programs must have at least 5 participants to run. |
|
Students should meet their zoo councilor at the front office
10 minutes prior to the classes scheduled start time. |
|
Programs will be held indoors and outside, dress
appropriately. |
|
Notify zoo staff of any allergies a student may have (food,
bees, grass, etc.) |

Riverside Zoo is not responsible for students that are
not on time or are picked up late. |
|
Scouts should read their merit badge manual prior
to coming to class. The merit badge manuals can be purchased at your
scouting supply store for $3.15 (they contain all of the necessary information
for completing take home assignments). |
I accept full responsibility in case of an accident. I
will not hold the City of Scotsbluff, the employees or volunteers working for
the City of Scottsbluff responsible for any accidents resulting from
participation in Riverside Zoo's educational programs. My child is not
suffering from a physical or emotional condition that could affect his
participation in these programs. I do hereby grant permission for pictures
to be used in publicity or brochures related to the City of Scottsbluff
Riverside Zoo. (Sign and date release form below).
